BNVS Discovery Call Policy This discovery call is a brief conversation to understand your goals, assess alignment, and determine how BNVS can support your brand or event. This is not a planning or strategy session. Detailed planning, timelines, budgets, and execution concepts are reserved for paid services. Calls are 20–30 minutes and conducted virtually. Please arrive on time—late arrivals may result in a shortened or forfeited call. Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows may limit future booking availability. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
